One of the best parts of this business is when clients turn into friends. It’s such a rewarding feeling, and it reminds us why we love what we do.
Recently, we had a client we worked with for three to four months straight. They were dealing with some major issues in their new build, from material problems to structural concerns. We were there every step of the way, guiding them through the entire process and helping them navigate the challenges.
During our time working together, we formed a friendship and they appreciated our support so much that they started sending us tickets to various events as a way of saying thanks. They’re a larger company that regularly hosts clients at basketball games and concerts, and we’ve been incredibly grateful for the tickets they’ve shared with us. It’s given us the chance to enjoy some amazing experiences as a family.
But the highlight has to be this one…
They sent me last-minute tickets to a Bad Bunny concert, and I was able to invite a few clients and friends from BNI who’ve been referring us for years. It turned into a full-circle moment – a fun night out with people who have supported our business from the beginning.
The concert was an absolute blast, so much fun and an unforgettable experience.
